The preference of most of our clients, this option starts with us researching and finding properties based on specific search criteria. Once we have found a property that meets our client’s requirements – we will then carry out all relevant due diligence and begin negotiations with the vendor. In most cases we secure a sale via private treaty, not at auction. If an auction is inevitable, our Principal will bid on your behalf. Historically, our success rate for finding and buying residential property is over 92%.
Works on the same principle as the above service, only difference being that the client will conduct his or her own property search. Similarly, once they have located a property which meets their criteria, we will then take over and start negotiations and if an auction is inevitable, our Principal will bid on your behalf. As always, we will do everything we can to get you the result you want.
